Narelle is one of my all time favourite designs; it’s a quick & stylish knit that will add a touch of class to any garment. Because it is worked up in one skein of Manos Silk Blend, using 15mm needles you can complete this garter stitch project in a weekend!

Manos del Uruguay, Silk blend shade 6828 (Gemini), one 100g skein
Beautiful hand-dyed Manos Silk Blend comes in skeins, remember to wind it into a ball before you begin, so you don’t get into a tangle as you knit!
Finished shawl measurements
8sts x 9 rows
10cm x 10cm
With 15mm needles cast on 3sts
Row 1: k1, m1, k to end of row
Repeat Row 1 until there are 54sts on the needle
Next Row: k1, m1, k to last st, m1, k1
Repeat this row until there are 74sts on the needle
Next Row: k1, m1, k1, m1, k to last two sts, m1, k1, m1, k1
Repeat this row until there are 178sts on the needle
Cast off loosely and weave in loose ends
