Busy Times Call For Lots Of Lists
Holy heck! it’s been a week of list making, list checking and list re-organising! I don’t think I can remember a time when there were so many lists.
But, I’m not complaining. Hells to the NO. List writing is one of the most satisfying things that a girl can do, am I right?
It’s been such a big work week. The kind where you have to shift your priorities every day to find a way to fit in all the new and amazing things. So many exciting things have happened…I just can’t share them quite yet, but soon, I promise.
In the meantime, there are lots of lists.
There are the To Make Lists…
The next few weeks are going to be just as busy. There are projects to crochet, garments to knit, sewing patterns to text, patchwork designs to complete. DIY projects to get stuck into, and a super fun customisation challenge to get underway. Phew! It’s making my head buzz just to think about it. I can’t wait to work on these next few projects; there are things I’ve never done before – wish me luck – and things I’ve not had time to do in ages – happy days to be revisiting old favourites!
The Work To Do Lists…
I feel like me and my laptop are going to be getting pretty close over the next few weeks. I have a heap of copy to write, emails to send and travel plans to make. There are designs to plan out, schedules to generate and probably heaps of paperwork that comes with all of these tasks.
I just love my debossed bird motif A5 organiser, £22 from Paperchase. With so much happening, and so much to remember to do, the extra space on these pages is surely going to keep me on the right track!
The days are getting filled think and fast. I have a whole new schedule of work that I’ll be able to finalise and share in the coming weeks.
Gah! Why so damn cryptic? ‘Cos that’s just the way it has to be sometimes. But, there is going to be a whole lot more ‘Out and About’ in my life in the very near future – and I for one can’t wait.
Don’t get me wrong. Working from home, with the pup for company, is awesome, I really do love it. But, you know what? Getting out into the big wide world is pretty exciting to!
Thinking about all these new ‘Out and About’ adventures has had me dreaming of all the things that I simply must get for making all the ‘Outing and Abouting’ just dandy. So, in amongst making all the other workie-type lists I’ve also manage in a little Wish List…well, why not! Here are few of things that I hope will be finding their way home to me soon!
